What is the value of culture?

In 2022 the Kultursekretariat NRW Gütersloh made a survey about the value of culture.

At the Long Night of Art (LangenNachtDerKunst) 2023 Birgit Aßhoff and the Trio Geplante Obsoleszenz translate the output of the survey back into art.
The garden of the Kultursekretariat will be transformed to a living installation made out of objects, sound and performance.
