Travel to Japan … and back

2023/24

about the travel

The travel towards Japan and back lasted one year and started at the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan. From there I went across Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan to China, Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao, again to China, Taiwan, China, South Korea and finally to Japan.

I stayed for three months in Japan before I headed back vis South Korea, the Russian Federation, Estonia and Latvia finally to Germany.

The project will be documented more and more on this site.

Funded by the Kunststiftung NRW and the Ministry of Culture and Science of North Rhine Westphalia.
