Cooperativa meets sans sens

On 21 May 2026 the Cooperativa Ensemble and the Ensemble sans sens will come together for a special spatial concert at the Theaterlabor TOR6. Throughout the evening, the audience will be seated in the centre of the stage, experiencing both contemporary compositions and improvisations by the two groups, staged in relation to the space.
Whilst sans sens focuses in its performance on the musical interplay between artificial intelligence and touch – where the generated is transformed into the felt, sound into memory and sound into emotion, the Cooperativa Ensemble focuses on the world premiere of a multi-channel composition by Beuter/Schulz, a piece featuring the touchlessly controlled Wave-O-Tron, as well as a spatial concept by Angelika Höger. There are short improvisations between the pieces. The audience can decide on the line-up for these improvisations.
